The living area is in the villa's one-storey section. Some walls are of natural stone, and the ceiling consists from wooden beams and tiles.
There are two comfortable sofas, an air conditioning unit, an open fireplace, a stereo rack, and satellite TV with a large plasma screen.
The open-plan kitchen attaches cornerwise to the living area.

In the building's two-storey section there are two bedrooms on each floor. All of them have separate air conditioning units.
Two of the four bedrooms are furnished with double beds, the other two have two single beds each.
In front of the bedrooms on the top floor there are balconies. The ground floor bedrooms have direct access to the garden and the swimming pool.
All windows are equipped with gauze sliders or rollers to keep insects out.
In the building's two-storey section there are also the two bathrooms. One of them has a shower, the other one has a whirlpool. Hair dryers are available in both bathrooms.
Furthermore there is a washing machine, a safe deposit box, and a First Aid kit.
A baby cot and a high chair will be provided on request.
Internet access (ADSL WiFi) in the entire house and on the terrace. The air conditioning units can be switched to heating mode in wintertime, and during chilly springtime or autumn nights.
Room cleaning as well as change of sheets and towels twice per week.
